Dream World to have new features: Game Pals can now become Dream Pals

Following the reopening of the Pokémon Global Link, the Dream World will come with new features.

Wait, i didn't realize some pokemon couldn't be tucked in. Which ones were they?
 
I know tornadus, thundurus and landorus couldn't be tucked in from my own experience. I'm not sure what the other ones are. They were mostly some other legendaries.
