Also he's not credited, but Mike Pollock voices one of the newscasters that harasses her at the beginning

Gary Littman used to voice for this show before during BW and even did a number of 4Kids work. Allen Winter, definitely a new one. According to who he follows on Twitter he's following Sarah natochenny, Abe Goldfarb, Laurie Hymes and others.

Speaking of him, I'm guessing the quiz show host at the start is him. I can hear traces of his Shark (Zexal) voice from it.

Starting something new this time around besides the guessing and discussions, birthday greetings:

Happy Birthday to Rachael Lillis.

One of the original three amigos when it comes to the 4Kids cast having been the voice for both Jessie and Misty until Michele Knotz took over. Eventually she made a surprise comeback during Diamond & Pearl: Battle Dimension as one of the Sinnoh gym leaders Maylene and appearing in one of the Mystery Dungeon anime specials. This would however be the last appearances for her in the franchise as since then she has moved to LA and now mostly appears in Bang-Zoom dubs such as Hunter X Hunter and the Fate franchise.

She has also voiced Micott Bartsch in Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn and Princess Charlotte in both the Berserk TV series and the first Golden Age film (before dropping out of the role and then replaced by G.K. Bowes).
