This is rather trivial, but I was re-watching the Team Flare finale and noticed that the cold open for the first episode was four full minutes long. I had even forgotten about the opening theme until it kicked in.
Does anyone remember some other episodes with noticeable long cold opens? I do wonder what's the longest one we've ever gotten.
(For those who don't know, a cold open is the scene that goes before the opening credits. Pokémon started getting those from late-AG onwards.)
