Hey i was just wondering where the best place to Ev train a Honchkrow for attck and speed would be?
 
um... Magikarp give speed (so easy to do this). As for attack, I don't know.
 
Raticate and Fearow give good Speed. Gyarados and Seaking give good Attack. Route 203 fishing is your best bet, then Route 225 during the day.
