Fallout: Hyper Training

I dunno. Even if these bottle caps are relatively easy to find, I think I'll only use them for unbreedables and shinies, if I even want to get a shiny.
 
Dunno if it was already mentioned but...Serebii confirmed that the gold caps max out IV's. One comes with the Pokemon Sun and Moon guide book.
 
Sounds like to me gold and silver caps will be super hard to obtain or even event items, while anything lower will possibly be from in game.
 
I wonder if it's possible to lower a pokemon's IVs using this... Like, if you wanna maximize a Pokemon's potential in a trick room or something, that's the only instance I can think of.
I certainly hope there's an equivalent of a Reset bag. It would make it easier to influence a Pokemon's Hidden Power too.
