Hopefully this will help potential readers navigate this section.

I figured this might be a nice little thread to have in the writer's workshop section. Since you can't really tell right off the bat what kind of stories we have posted here just by title and the semi-preview of the first few lines. I thought it might be good to have a summary thread. Some place where the authors can post up a brief 3-5 sentence summary about their fanfics to get themselves more notice.

You don't have to fill everything out, especially if it isn't applicable to your story. Just the Title, Link, and Summary will suffice.

Genre: Well, it starts out as a Journey fic, but becomes much more.
Shippings: No major ones besides Gold+OC, Crys+Falkner, and Red+Leaf/Green/Blue (the girl. Whichever name you want, though.)
Protagonist(s): Backstory: Red, Blue, Green. Main Story: Gold, Falkner, Crys. Planned for future parts: Ruby, Sapphire, Wally, Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, if I get that far.
Progress: Indefinite Hiatus. I'm posting Chapter 9, and if people post that they like it (excluding Meme-er/Perfectionist), I'll pick it up again.

Summary: Highlights from the life of Suicune, Embodiment of the Northern Wind, including his rebirth into Legend-dom.
Genre: It's more of a reminiscence fic than anything else, but there is some Tragedy. Otherwise, it would probably go under General.
Shippings (if any): None.
Season: In the spots where canon coverage is needed, it covers primarily For Ho-oh the Bells Toll! and the appropriate season (Johto), but remembering The Legend of Thunder would probably help.

Title: Delta Species
Link: Well, some say that wings have we...
Rating: PG - Cartoon violence, implied and direct cursing
Summary: A young boy named Casey goes through a startling array of large changes in his life before being pushed into a Badge quest through the region of Holon (yes, that Holon). Along the way he collects a relatively offbeat collection of Trainers, spars with what appears to be a sadistic group of scientific cosplayers, and finds out that not all destinies are set in stone...
Genre: Adventure, Journeyfic
Shippings (if any): Likely none.
Season: It covers a lot of canon sources, but the big helps would be watching Destiny Deoxys, playing through Pokémon Ranger, and perhaps have very basic knowledge of the Delta Species Pokémon. (Or, of course, you could consult the Bulbapedia article on the subjects.)
Protagonist(s): Casey (The other members of the traveling party aren't considered 'protagonists' but 'benevolent major characters'.)

Summary: The Pokémon League has decided that there are far too many n00bs out there so they create a Mentor Programme in which experienced trainers take younger n00bs and mould them into brilliant stars. Our story revolves around one of these, a generally unknown but great trainer, Amadeus who mentors 4 children - Amelia, Armetis, Antoin and Eva. Throughout their journey through Johto, so many things happen to them, great and small that all culminates in an epic battle with an all too familiar face. (I realise that sounds exactly like an animé VoiceOver.)
Genre: Journey, Drama, Romance.*
Protagonist(s): Amadeus, the experiences mentor. Amelia, the n00b with a flair for dark types. Artemis, Amelia's bestie whose parents breed the Kanto starters. Antoin, twin to Eva he's quiet and shy at first but soon proves himself to be a formidable foe. Eva, twin to Antoin, a bubbly young girl who enjoys nothing more than her pokémon and significant other (who'll that be? You'll have to read to find out!)
Progress: On-going. At Chapter 2, still getting everything together before properly beginning the journey. (Yes, we haven't even left the hometown yet.)

Genre: Sci Fi/Fantasy/Adventure. Or thereabouts.
Shippings (if any): Not really.
Season: Basic knowledge of Pokémon is assumed; like, RBY era. Nothing much beyond that.
