Favourite Legendary

Lugia is my favorite in an overall sense.
Others include Groudon, Rayquaza and Reshiram.
 
Keldeo, regular form. He looks like a character straight outta My Little Pony! :)

Honorable mentions include Giratina, Mewtwo & Mew, and Articuno.
 
Hoenn's Super-Ancients are really cool-looking and the biblical-ish mythology adds a special kind of epic. Their battle music is fittingly ancient and godly.
Altogether, the Regis are the creepiest Legendary trio, and I like how they fit into the mythology as well, being golems. The whole RSE sidequest (which is actually kind of a challenge) to unseal them makes them that much more mysterious. Regirock is my favorite of them.
Regigigas is cool-looking, but useless because of Slow Start. This is a sad thing.

I also like Entei, Deoxys, Palkia, Giratina, Arceus, and Zekrom.
 
Favorite legendary? Hmm... that's hard to choose.I love Suicune and Raikou , they are so amazing! I don't know which one I like better. Oh, and Xerneas , that Pokemon is very beautiful ^^
 
We all know that Delibird is the greatest legendary Pokemon as stated in the Pokemon Ultimate Handbook.

My favorite is probably Ho-Oh, Moltres, Regirock or Kyurem.
 
Between Zekrom, Lugia, Kyurem, Raikou and Kyogre for me, those five have always been within my top favorites.
 
Mewtwo. The original powerful legendary. But I hate its Mega Evolution. Darkrai and Reshiram are cool too.
 
Mewtwo, who grew into a legend even though he shouldn't even exist. Most badass pokemon ever.

Zapdos, since I love thunders and he owned Pikachu.

Groudon, he can swim in lava, he is evil, and he can screw all water pokes, even though his weakness.

Dialga, it controls time and is very very strong. Who among us wouldn't want to control time, frankly now.
 
Articuno definitely. I love how beautiful it is, plus I'm a fan of flying type pokemon. I also love Cresselia, Xerneas, Meloetta, and Shaymin.

I always liked Kyurem and Cresselia, but since Xerneas was revealed, it became my favorite (design so far). Yveltal is a close second.
 
Latios- It's psychic, It's design is glorious and I don't usuallylike using lgendaries but he is magnificent
