Hello,
I'm looking for a feebas or molitic if anyone has any extra lying around in their X n Y

I'm pretty sure you can't get Feebas or Milotic in X and Y yet. You'll have to wait until we can transfer Pokemon from older games.
 
You should be able to get Milotic from the Friend Safari water
