Long story short...we suffered a major crash, the database went down, and I had to interrupt the tech's holiday to get things working again. Hopefully things should hold together now until he gets back.

How comes everything happens when the tech's on holiday?
Is it like this all the time, and the tech stops all hell from breaking loose on a regular basis?

True. Most people actually get more than their normal time on the computer.
Like me. I was probably on for 3 or 4 hours a day, until I got interested in something else for a while.
But anyways, haven't had any problems today. I probably will because I said this, but whatever. I'm just glad that holidays aren't forever. Which is unusual, because normally people can't get enough holiday.
Edit: Hahahahaha! I got 503'd for 5 minutes when I tried posting this.
I guess if everybody stops saying things about it, it won't happen any more.
