February once again brings new seasonal content to Pokémon Masters EX, with the first of two new Sync Pairs and the new Chef's Heartful Delivery new Story Event both debuting today in celebration of Palentine's Day. Palentine's Day is just like Valentine's Day, only instead of celebrating romantic love, it's for celebrating your love for your friends and pals. Both the event and the associated Seasonal Scouts will be available until February 20th, at 9:59pm (PST).

Story Event: Chef's Heartful Delivery
This event focuses on Mallow, as she tries to bake the best apple pie possible for Elsea and Skyla to deliver to people all around Pasio for Palentine's Day. This event is available in-game now, and will run through to February 20th, at 9:59pm (PST).

As usual for events of this type, players will receive bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. The applicable sync pairs and reward rates are as follows:
These bonuses stack additively, so having a team consisting of Mallow (Palentine's 2023) & Appletun, Elesa (Palentine's 2023) & Togetic, and Skyla & Swanna would grant a combined +140% (x2.4) rewards.

Log-in Bonus
This event includes a log-in bonus over 14 days. Players can receive these bonuses up until February 20th at 9:59pm (PST), so even if you're a couple of days late starting the event you'll still have the chance to receive all of the available gifts.

  • Day 2: Gems x 100
  • Day 3: Gems x 100
  • Day 4: Gems x 100

  • To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
  • The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.

Mallow Seasonal Scouts

Alongside the Chef's Heartful Delivery Story Event, both Mallow and Elsea will be appearing in sets of seasonal scouts, wearing the same outfits they are debuting in the Story Event.

Mallow (Palentine's 2023) & Appletun are a 5★ Dragon-type support Sync Pair. Focused on boosting and healing their entire team, the pair's Order Up! move charges the Move Gauge, and raises the Defense of all allies by three stat ranks. Their Passive Skills meanwhile allow them to restore the HP of their allies after successfully attacking with a move, as well as after the first time they use their Sync Move. They can also restore their own HP by roughly 50% of maximum the first time their HP is reduced to half. In addition to supporting their own team, Mallow (Palentine's 2023) & Appletun can reduce opponents ability to endure attacks, with their Apple Acid move lowering opponent's Sp. Def. Mallow (Palentine's 2023) & Appletun are making their debut at 5★, with an expanded sync grid, as well as the ability to be raised to 6★ EX, providing a boost to the sync pair's stats as well as giving them a special altered outfit.

Mallow's Seasonal Scout, which is available in-game now gives players a bonus present for the first three times players perform a Sync Pair Scout x11, awarding a Support Move Candy Coin each time. This Seasonal Scout also include a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for x100 paid gems. This daily discount can be used 1 time per day during the entire length of the scout.

Mallow's Seasonal Tiered Scouts has ten tiers, each of which is a Sync Pair Scout ×11. Players are able to scout once on each tier by using Paid Gems, with the amount of gems increasing with each tier. Additionally, Tiers 5 and 10 grant the player special tickets to use in an associated Ticket Scout, with the tickets at Level 10 guarenteeing the seasonal sync pair.

  • Tier 2: 900 Paid Gems
  • Tier 3: 1,500 Paid Gems
  • Tier 4: 2,000 Paid Gems

The Seasonal Scouts for Elsea are not yet available, however these are expected to launch sometime over the next week.
