#letsgoSinnoh! pokemon diamond was the first game I ever played, so that would be cool. it would be dope if they add the riding pokemon mechanic again in the remakes, then you could be riding on cool legendaries!

Dont get TOO excited. That is a danger. I dont wanna be a party-pooper, but I dont want you to be dissapointed

I hope they do diamond and pearl remakes so much. I hope that they introduce new mega evolutions in the sinnoh remakes, like for example : Mega regigigas, the lake trio getting megas, Mega / Primal dialga and palkia, and Mega Origin form giratina, as well as normal mega giratina! it would be so cool! Diamond was the first I played.

And a mega luxray that’ll finally give it the dark typing that it should’ve had this whole time.

We didn't spend actual money on the Game Corner, but it was banned for anti-gambling laws.
True, however, it is clearly a casino with slot-machines, which is what makes it a depiction of gambling while hurling Pokéballs repeatedly isn't.

Though, to be honest, I barely used the Game Corner (and Voltorb Flip for that matter) because I didn't like how they were purely luck-based (I never made any big winnings) and rather boring to me, so I don't miss the lack of a Game Corner as much as some. However, I can understand people's grievances with ORAS and LGPE not providing alternatives, and in the case of the former just shutting down the area entirely. What I'd really like to see is the Game Corner become an actual arcade with multiple minigames rather than just be a kidified casino. Honestly, I don't understand why they didn't do that in first place--I'd figure kids would have more fun playing Pokémon: Mario Bros. Edition rather than gamble away their savings.

Apologies for the double post, but Luxray has a light motif which is why I don't really understand why it should be part Dark type (well, technically Evil in Japanese, which is even less fitting) when the only justification appears to be that it's mostly black in color.

Not so much for Voltorb Flip, there was still somewhat of a luck element to it, but you could narrow down the options with logic. I'd like to see it return, or at least something similar. But yeah, in general an arcade themed mini game location would be very much welcome.

Pros DP Remake:
-fan favo
-money

Cons DP remakes:
-the screw up big time
-lose fans+money
-leace things out of the original games

The Veilstone Game Corner can be turned into the Veilstone Arcade!
It really should be. Its the best way to bring back game corners. It still pisses me off they can't have them because one part of the world has stricter laws on gambling and they don't want to include them anymore because they'd have to up the rating in that part of the world.

Speaking of OrAs, I need to play those games for myself, they are more than a remake, they are a whole other game on its own!
FireRed/LeafGreen and HeartGold/SoulSilver have been more than remakes too. FRLG had the Sevii Islands. HGSS had stuff like the PokéAthlon, a Johto Safari Zone, following Pokémon, and the ability to rematch Gym Leaders at Saffron Fighting Dojo. ORAS has the DexNav and new Mega Evolutions. I wonder what the DP remakes would bring?

I like all the pre-announcement speculation, but I enjoy it more on the years we believe we will be seeing a new generation. With the remakes it's been a lot more of whether or not they will be happening and what format they are in, but for new Gens there's so much speculation on "oh what will the games be called, what real world area will it take place in, what will the starters be like." Sure, there's a LOT of garbage that comes with it, but it's fun seeing people's ideas.

That being said, I'm ready for something to be confirmed. I'm getting tired of wondering whether or not the game will be "this or that" I just want to know what it is.

The problem is with remakes is that you know the story. How can they improve it from the original? The character models? The scenery?
