Get ready for the return of Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon to Pokémon GO, in separate Raid Day events on March 17th and 23rd

Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon, who made their Pokémon GO debuts last year as part of the Pokémon GO Tour: Hoenn, are returning to Pokémon GO this month in two separate Raid Day events. Primal Kyogre will be featured in a Raid Day on Sunday March 17th, while Primal Groudon will be featured the following weekend on Saturday March 23rd.

The following event bonuses will be active between 2:00pm and 5:00pm for each of these Raid Days:

• Primal Kyogre (March 17th) / Primal Groudon (March 23rd) will appear more frequently in raids
• Increased chance for Trainers to encounter the Shiny variant of Primal Kyogre (March 17th) / Primal Groudon (March 23rd)
• Trainers will receive up to five additional free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs

Additionally, The Remote Raid limit will be increased to 20 between March 16th, at 6:00pm, and March 17th, at 8:00pm (PDT), and between March 22nd, at 6:00pm, and March 23rd, at 8:00pm (PDT).

Trainers will also be able to purchase event-exclusive tickets for each of these raids for US$5.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in each local currency), with each ticket granting the following additional bonuses between 2:00pm and 10:00pm local time on the day of the Raid Day event:

• Trainers will be able to receive eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Photo Discs at Gyms (for a daily total of 14)
• Increased chance for Trainers to get Rare Candy XL from Raid Battles
• Trainers will receive 50% more XP from Raid Battles
• Trainers will receive 2× Stardust from Raid Battles

These tickets will only be available in the in-game shop until 5:00pm local time on the day of each respective event. Trainers may gift this event-exclusive ticket to any friend with a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher.
