In Fox Chase, Kentucky everyone knew of that house. The house on Hickory Hollow Lane. It was abandoned, and old. It was rumored to be haunted to the extent of Amityville. Even more than Amityville depending on who you asked. It was the only reason anyone would consider visiting Kentucky. Well that and the Chicken Festival. And this is a story that starts here in this large home.

Alright this RP is simple. To sign up, write a scene introducing a character and why they are going to be at the house. The RP will be about characters exploring Urban Legends and Haunted Places. Some based on real places or known stories, while others may be made up. You can make a new character for each one, or have the same one traveling to each.

Rules are standard BMG and RP rules. Respect RPers, listen to the GM and mods, PG-13, no bunnying, godmodding, etc. To be accepted like stated above, write a post introducing your character to the first location. This way people can also talk and plan out character relationships to a point before the rp starts.

Sain looked up at the large house in front of him. Rumor had it the place was haunted as bad as the Amityville Horror. He doubted it. Of course he was always visiting haunted places and interacting with ghosts and demons. His father was a professor of the occult stuff, so he had always experienced it since young. His two eldest siblings were more like their mother. Prim, proper, serious. Mom was a law school professor, both eldest siblings lawyers. And Raven. Raven his favorite sister, sixteen forever was more like him to a point. She had that seriousness of his mom’s half, but did have that love for the occult like him and his father. And she was good with it. She lived with their father helping him with his studies.

Sain himself was in his 20s so he was on his own. And he liked it. Last thing he liked was attracting attention to his sister. And attention he did attract. His hair was white as can be from an incident with a ghost as a child, and his personality wasn’t the most attractive to others. He also just didn’t trust others easily or let them get close. He didn’t mind working with others too much when investigating. They were useful sacrifices. Which was good. Because the longer he stared at the house in front of him, the more he got the feeling he may need the sacrificial lambs. After all, he had a Chicken Festival to attend after this.
