You should reply with something like this:

Gender: Female (obv.)
Nature: Adamant or Jolly
Shiny: YES PLEASE.

If you want a Shiny, indicate it! If I happen to have a shiny *given you're first to ask for that type of pokemon* then I will give it to you."

Your Level will be whatever I currently have of that Pokemon, if I don't have the Nature you want then I'll give you whatever nature I have of that certain pokemon. I have limited numbers of Pokemon as well.

Gen IV being Diamond or Pearl yeah? Seeing as I can't trade Black back to Diamond I'll have to give you some level 4's or something, then transfer them to my Black version and the Shaymin + Darkrai to your White. Is this what you mean?

It allows you to get the flower which let's Shaymin go into it's Skyforme. It's not that good but.. it's alright. I'd give mine to you but it's a key item.
