I got on the DW earlier today.
Of course, that was at like... 2:00pm -6GMT (CST) and it only took me about three minutes to get on and catch a DW Shinx.

It took about an hour and a half for me. It seems to be much quicker for some than for others, but don't worry, it will process your data in the end.

I'm happy it resets at 12am, now I can go on for the 2nd time.
Edit: Nvm it lets me tuck in a Pokemon again but not enter Dream World =(

Before starting the game, scroll down to GameSync settings on the menu screen.

I can't get the Dreamworld Flash thing to load... stuck at 0%
