also two dumb questions what is the rule on non Pokémon art or is only Pokémon related art allowed?
and is gore art allowed if you hide it under a spoiler and add a warning to it?​

Yes non-pokémon art is allowed and gore is allowed if it's in spoiler tags with a warning :)
