Appologies if this thread isn't kosher. Feel free to lock if that's the case

Has anyone else been taking a break from the main game and trying out this neat new Wi-Fi feature?
For those who don't know, you're basically paired up with random people via Wi-Fi and can show each other pokemon you'd potentially trade. There are a handful of little icons in the corner that you can use to either tell the other person if you're happy or displeased with the pokemon they're offering, or spam the hell out of if you're just in it to be an annoyance.
From personal experience, I've found that it can be very helpful in getting a few late game pokemon (Deino, I'm looking at you) for some of the more out-of-the-way pokemon like Drilbur, Musharna or the elemental monkey trio. If you can't find anyone to trade with on forums, I recommend giving this a shot, at least. You never know, you might get lucky.

Managed to snag myself some pretty good stuff purely by chance, including the fateful encounter Mystery Egg Kibago from last year. For a Throh, of all things.
And it's a lot of fun seeing just what people will offer up for a level 3 Patrat. Thanks for the Drifloon mysterious japanese dude!

I tried it once, and got a shiny Lv100 Haxorus and Politoed with a random Pidove and Patrat. Dunno if I could connect to someone who offered something that is equally valued...

Used it quite a bit on the Japanese version to try and get the second Master Ball. Never got any shinies through it though, although I did get a pile of Zorua and most of the White version exclusives. Haven't tried it in the English version, but I wish there was some way of cancelling other than 'Disconnect' after you've chosen trade/quit.

Yeah, I used this feature a lot, and it's pretty fun...especially when you get someone generous.

Plus it'll help unlocking all the floors in the Unity Tower, my new goal!
