V has an intense, undying hatred of Miltank.

Nope, in no Johto game did I have trouble with Witney's (even before I knew it was supposed to be a problem and never had a Machop or anything) so I never developed those negative connotations with Miltank.

I am actually rather fond of it, even if I had accidentally killed a shiny one once.
