He's the first thing everyone experiences in the Crown Tundra; which was a DLC area I enjoyed, but I pretty much forget he exists at all. I don't know if this counts as something to the effect of 'faint praise'; but at least he's more expressive and engaging than his brother. Look, I get what they were going for, but Rose still honestly isn't a very convincing antagonist in both threat and motives; even for a 'tragic extremist.'
