Admittedly it felt like it was on the verge of feeling overstated back when everyone and their mother called the "underappreciated, underdog" Pokemon, but my fondness for it was invigorated upon the debut of lovely Dudunsparce. I'm so glad that Game Freak decided not to be predictable like the thousands of people who made it evolve into these generic, 'badass' seraphic dragon things, like Dunseraph or whatever. It's a baby.

Qwilfish was already kinda ridiculous to imagine swimming around with such a silly rotund shape and that little tail, and Overqwil just takes all of that to a whole new level by getting even more silly and rotund and gaining all those massive spikes.
And I love that for him.
