The episode in which Ash released Goodra was titled "Beyond the Rainbow." The Japanese title ("Conclusion! Numelgon (Goodra), Go Over the Rainbow!!") also contained the word rainbow. Ironically, the girl Ash travelled with in the series before liked Pokémon of Goodra's type, Dragon, best of all and her name means rainbow in Greek.

That's..... really farfetched. Certain words being in both a Japanese and an English title happens all the time and is only logical. Any other connection to anything else is either purely coincidental or like I said, farfetched.

You can think of these kind of connections in anything, like: BW113 features an Ampharos and both the original title and dub title have "light" in the title. The saga prior to BW had Dawn, whose Japanese name Hikari means light. And Dawn traveled on the Ampharos train with Ash and Brock in DP130. See what I mean?
