Hello everybody, I am a 14 year old male Pokemon trainer and beginner Shiny Hunter. I have played Pokemon on and off for 4 years now and my first gen was Gen 5. I don't really play competitively and when I do it's on Pokemon Showdown.

I have always wanted to hunt shinies but I never had the patience. On Friday I thought I'd give it a go since I had just got my first friend safari and I actually found it a lot easier and enjoyable than I originally thought. I got a shiny Camerupt in 34 encounters. Not bad. Later on I tried chain fishing and I got a shiny Alomomola in 31 encounters. Also not bad at all! On Saturday I went back to the ground Safari and I got another shiny Camerupt. Since I already have one I'll give it away to one of my friends. Today I attempted the chain fishing method again but I messed it up at 25 encounters. Not to worry, I'll try again later.

I would like to get more safaris so I can hunt more shinies. My FC is 3196-8943-7784 if you're interested in adding me. Many thanks to anybody that does!
