Help out Team Mystic Leader Blanche in Pokémon GO next week in the A Mystic Hero event

In the latest update on Pokémon GO's official site, Niantic has released details on the next event coming to Pokémon GO. A Mystic Hero, which starts in-game from April 13th at 10:00am local time, will feature a collection of research tasks focused around Pokémon evolution.

The following bonuses will be active throughout the event:

• 2× XP and 2 guarenteed Candy XP for evolving Pokémon
• Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours.

The core of the event will be focused on the A Mystic Hero Special Research story, featuring Blanche, the leader of Team Mystic. Completing this special research will grant Trainers a special encounter with the Transport Pokémon Lapras, wearing a special Blanche-themed accessory. This Special Research story will be the only way for Trainers to encounter this Lapras until at least the end of the current Rising Heroes season.

In addition to this Special Research, Trainers can earn Stardust and Evolution items as rewards for completing a variety of Field Research tasks focused on evolving and catching Pokémon, as well as a Magnetic Lure for completing Timed Research
