Hisuian Typhlosion makes its Pokémon GO debut on Sunday January 14th in the first Raid Day event for 2024

Niantic has released details for the upcoming Raid Day event featuring the Pokémon GO debut of the Ghost Flame Pokémon, Hisuian Typhlosion, on January 14th from 2:00pm to 5:00pm local time. Hisuian Typhlosion will be appearing in three-star raids, with the Shiny variant also made available.

Event Bonuses and Activities
The following event bonuses will be active during the Raid Day:

• Hisuian Typhlosion will appear more frequently in raids
• Increased chance for Trainers to encounter Shiny Hisuian Typhlosion
• Receive up to five additional free Raid Passes from spinning Gym Photo Discs
• The Remote Raid limit will be increased to 20 between January 13th, at 4:00pm, and January 14th, at 7:00pm (PST)

Trainers will also be able to purchase an event-exclusive ticket for US$5.00 (or the equivalent pricing tier in each local currency), granting the following additional bonuses between 2:00pm and 10:00pm local time on the day of this event:

• Trainers will be able to receive Eight additional Raid Passes from spinning Photo Discs at Gyms (for a daily total of 14)
• Increased chance for Trainers to get Rare Candy XL
• Trainers will receive 50% more XP from Raid Battles
• Trainers will receive 2× Stardust from Raid Battles

Trainers may also gift this event-exclusive ticket to any friend with a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher.
