Ok, this is probably extremely obvious and I should have figured it out by now, but I see a lot of people with small images under their name and title. A lot of people have peace signs, a blue square image of a pokeball, and small blue feathers, I was wondering how you can get them? I looked on the User CP page and couldn't find an option for it, so if you could help it would be much appreciated!

Yep, you have to be a donor to the website in order to get that one...I think.
Not anymore. It's for staff and previous donors.

it actually stands for development forum privileges
It was also given to certain regular users at the last staff drive. Like myself.

Development Forum access is basically given to users who have shown a high standard of quality.

Nope. Only Admins deal with this stuff.
No, they're are only for the few group memberships and development forum access.
