Archives How do I make a upload request to a staff member?

I noticed that the Pokemon Global Link website finally has the DW-style artworks for Hoopa and it's form. So I managed to crop the artworks and plan to upload them. The problem is that I'm not under autoconfirmed status and I'm unable to upload anything. I looked up for this problem and found out that requesting a staff member counts as a contribution here. How do I request uploads to a staff member and what kind of staff member should I request to? Im pretty new on this and I just really want those Hoopa images in archives.

Upload the image to an external site (like Dropbox or something) and post on a staff member's talk page with a link. I'd recommend contacting Pattyman; he's pretty active on the Archives.
