How many times have your Pokemon had Pokerus?

In Sapphire, my team caught Pokerus during my first visit in Ever Grande City, which was about a month after getting the game. In Pearl, my team caught Pokerus during my first visit in Sandgem Town, where I had the game for a few days, if that much. I still have both strains of Pokerus active by depositing someone in the storage.

Yeah, I've never had my Pokémon catch it outside of from two others I received in trades, but I currently have two or three Pokémon with it in my PC just to keep it alive.

Only once that I am aware of. Was shocked when I saw it.

I never got it from wild battles, only trades; one normal trade and two wonder trades.

My Weavile randomly got Pokerus once on my Platinum. I also got a Floatzel with Pokerus recently on Wonder Trade.

Zero. I've never gotten the virus on my own Pokémon, but thankfully it can spread (unlike the less rare shininess, that doesn't exactly spread ) so I never had trouble getting the virus on my cartridges to help with IV training. Actually, in Gen VI I didn't even have to trade for it - I got a Sigilyph with it off the GTS.
