How start a discussion about informations/speculations of Pokémon species

I'm a new here as a member, so I don't know how things works properly here.
I have found some interesting things in japanese that could possible be related with origins of some pokémon.
I didn't see this informations in those Pokémon pages in Bulbapedia, so I'd like to start a discussion about it, with people that's in charge of Pokpemon data.

you can always go to the talk page of each Pokemon page to discuss info you want to add

You might also just open up a discussion thread on the topic in the appropriate forum here. If it's about their origins, I'm guessing that'd be the General Pokémon Discussion, or if it's game-specific info, the appropriate forum for that game.
