How to add a Spoiler?

what's up everyone, I need some help. how do you add a spoiler? I want to upload an image and then put it as a spoiler, but I have no idea what to do. any help will be great appreciated.

I apologize if this has been answered before, I checked the FAQs but I didn't see anything there. you can pretty much tell that I'm a noob around here.

Add it by usage of the spoiler tags. Use [*spoiler][/*spoiler] but without the asterisks. Omission of the asterisks gives you the below:

like this! you have to click on the tab in order to see it
