How's the weather over there? (Vol. 2)

Sunny and as far as I can see, not a cloud in the sky. It's mild (22.5°C/72.5°F) as of 12:10pm, but it will get colder as it is almost the end of summer here (and the beginning of autumn).
 
It's currently raining and there's going to be a snow/rain storm soon.
