Preview HZ029: Orio and the Monster Ball Craftsman

The official Twitter account mistakenly(?) posted the preview for this ep instead of ep 28. It's since been deleted.

Nothing much, but it reveals that:

Tepen, the guy who steals Roy's ancient Poke Ball in the previous ep is the one who recommends our heroes go here.

Carna has a Hisuian Poke Ball among her collection of Poke Balls.

Orla and Metagross will battle a Galarian Weezing.

Another Episode like the Murdock one I'm assuming. Less about furthering the plot more about just, expanding on one of the RVT.

I wonder if that synopsis is hinting at Carne using Orla to get something on the explorers ship. After all, her name is the first part of the word Carnelian..

The information they got from Tepen sends Liko, Roy, Friede and Orio to a monster ball factory in the Galar region. The factory is run by the monster ball craftsman Karna, who has a deep interest in unusual balls! Orio hits it off with Karna since they're both craftsmen, however Karna then makes a certain suggestion...?!

Finally, a proper appearance for Galarian Weezing, took them long enough! And Orla's Metagross gets to battle too, nice! Also, if Metagross is battling the Weezing, it probably won't be much of a battle-Metagross has a huge type advantage over Galarian Weezing.

Side note: That move Metagross used in the preview was almost certainly Metal Claw, which looks to have reverted to how it used to look in the BW series. How about that?

New writer alert!
And funnily enough another new writer who's previously worked with Dai Sato before on another anime series.

Some of Naohiro Fukushima's notable shows they've worked on includes Eden of the East, Tenkai Knights, Puzzle & Dragons X, Babylon and Pazudora.

Also, with Michihiro Tsuchiya on some stuff too. Makes me wonder if he's secretly affiliated with his Storyriders team.

Excited to see Orio get some focus and see her battle with Metagross! Obviously, I don't think she is actually going to leave the crew so early into the series. It'd be cool to see her catch the Weezing using one of the different Poke Balls.
