Pokedex Entry: Dragoon is a Pokemon that loves to slouch around. It used to be extremelly powerful many years ago, with huge vivid wings, but the course of time has caused its wings to shrink and forced it to be grounded. Highly popular amongst men trainers.

Design: I'd have a humanoid design, but have rainbowish wings under my arms. My head would have green hair, and I would be about 180 lbs. and 6'4'' in height. In my sprite animation, I would try to strike a pose, but then get tired of it quickly.

Power: My HP and Attack would be high, but my Speed and Defense would be very low.
