I feel like GF has finally answered our prayers about HM moves.

I would have weaker pokemon like ledian, would gain buffs, or at least receive a ME. Dunsparce and alomomola would evolve into drampa and evolve from luvdisc respectfully. Also I would create a pre-evolution that would evolve into miltank or tauros depending on gender.

I would give Complete Zygarde a boost to it's attack stat as well as a boost for defense and a bigger boost for special attack.

Balance the typechart - give Grass better moves (an elemental beam variant, perhaps), give Ice a resistance or two, etc.

Energy Ball basically is an elemental beam variant now, it's on par with Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, and Ice Beam in power and accuracy.

I'd make our starter Pokemon have a small chance (about 1/10) to have their hidden ability.
