Uhm Yeah.... I think my cousin looks more like Kotone and he's a guy. So either he looks very girly, or you don't look a whole lot like Kotone. It's probaly the first one though....

Kotone, like many anime characters, has no defining facial features -- apart from the hair. I don't see how there's a resemblance between you and a 2D-image.
