I've gotten me an image, would somebody please edit this GIF so that is keeps its dimensions and its animation?

I would like a border around it, but have no idea as to how I edit a GIF image

You mean to resize it, so you can use it as an avatar? I think Imageshack can do that.

It's the right size, I just want to put a border in it without resizing or losing animation
