Appearance: Roger Ramirez is a sexy sexy beast! >:^3 He stands at about 6'2. Of Hispanic descent, he has somewhat pale skin, and dark blue eyes. He's fairly average. He's not out of shape, but he's not super muscular. He's often in formal wear.

Skills: Roger is a lawyer. He mostly does criminal law, but he's also tackled some civil cases. He raises goats on his property, and is thus knowledgeable about animal husbandry.
Abilities: Roger Ramirez is heir to Camazotz, the Mayan Bat-God presiding over death, the night, and sacrifice. Because of this, he has some bat-like attributes. First of all, he needs some blood in his diet. Any kind works, but human blood is tastiest. It has to be fresh, too, he can't get it from eating steak. If he doesn't have it for a day, he'll start to get cravings. After a few days, he'll become fatigued and always feel cold. He will die after one week. He's been like this all his life, and he can identify people by the way their blood tastes. He can also tell the difference between blood from different species. To help facilitate this, his canine teeth are particularly pointy, and they become even pointier when he's hungry.

His saliva has anesthetic and causes the body to release endorphins when taken through the bloodstream. So a bite from him is mostly painless, and in fact causes a mild "high." Proteins in his saliva speed the healing process, so while the bite usually leaves a pretty serious looking wound at first, it rapidly clots, and usually heals in a day or two with no scarring.

Roger's chief power is that of blood sacrifice. If he uses special ink mixed with blood to write out a contract, it is binding in both a legal and metaphysical sense. These contracts can be used to transfer things that are not normally transferable, such as years of one's natural lifespan, or ability to play the trombone, or one's soul. What happens if a participant breaks the contract is part of the terms of the contract itself. However, these terms are prescriptive as opposed to descriptive. This means that he can write in a contract, for example, that if someone breaks it, they die. This will cause them to die if they break the contract.

He can also talk to bats. They usually don't have anything interesting to say, but he can do it if he wants.

Finally, he is capable of using echolocation. All he needs to do is emit some manner of sound from his general location. He can use whistling, or his voice, or even his footsteps. Louder sounds give him better range, and higher pitches give him more accuracy. So he usually just whistles.

She's not exactly a demigod, but I figured this would be fine. I can make her an oceanid/human hybrid, if you want me to, I wasn't totally sure where to go with that.

Age: 21

Appearance: Alcea stands about 5'6 tall and has very dark blue hair. Her favorite outfit is a black zip-up hoodie, with white and blue striped leggings and short black jean shorts. Underneath the hoodie she wears a dark blue shirt. Always wearing a sapphire necklace.

Alcea's skin is entirely pale blue, very close to white, and the top of her arms - elbow to hand - are coated with tough blue scales. The same is true for the top of her legs between her knees and feet. Has fins on her elbows and knees that are usually covered by clothing.

Skills: Alcea enjoys writing, and is often seen on her phone posting to her blog. She is also rather fast and can move around easily.

Abilities: She can remove the sapphire from her necklace and materialize a silver trident from it that is almost as long as her, with the sapphire resting a few inches underneath the middle spike. Along with simply stabbing people with it, she uses the trident as a way to utilize her innate magical abilities. She specializes in light magic, being able to fire sea blue beams from the head of the trident, but she has potential to harness more advanced abilities.

In addition to magic, Alcea can stab people with the scales on the back of her hand. The scales have some sort of poisonous property that causes the victim to suffer hindered body movement, which can easily escalate to complete paralysis. She's also obviously an excellent swimmer.

Other: Though Poseidon is not her closest member in her family tree, she worships him. Usually living on land, she must hydrate frequently. Tends to be shy and a bit gloomy, especially when not around her fellow sea nymphs (which she usually isn't considering their favored location). She talks to them fairly frequently, though even among them, she is not the biggest conversationalist.

Name: Diego Fernandez

Appearance: Diego has black hair that he keeps in a crew cut, there’s a lot of days where he forgets to take care of it properly so sometimes it can seem unkempt. He has honey brown eyes and brown skin. Diego stands at 6’2 and wears a pendant around his neck with the Mayan symbol for the sun on it.

Skill: Diego’s biggest talent is his reflexes, able to react quickly to pretty much anything, the fact that he stays in shape also helps with this but it’s mostly due to his experience with rock climbing and scouting. He also likes to draw sceneries, usually with graphite. He’s also an adept dancer.

Abilities: Diego’s abilities are pretty simple; he can control fire magic and heat. His fire magic abilities rely mostly on straightforward spells, but he can also create minor constructs and control the outputs of flames.

He’s also able to take on jaguar like features and abilities, allowing him to increase his speed and strength. He can either transform parts of his body individually; take on a hybrid form between the two or turn into a complete jaguar.

Skills: He is a genius when it comes to violin. While he likes all animals, he has a special preference with cats, and is somehow really good with them. He's a pretty decent cook, and quite energetic while also laid back.
Abilities: Sexiness and a devilish smile.

Other: While he's good with all cats, he has a single black one as a pet named Cerberus. His cat Cerberus is always with him wherever he goes.

Her motorcycle and her convertible in particular. Her occupation is serving as a test pilot for the Air Force, as she loves speed and excitement.

Abilities: She and her twin brother share the curse of being the spawn of Nyarlathotep. However as their mother fled the cult and never told her children the truth of their upbringing, neither of them has any idea of the power that they hold.

If they were to come to understand what they were, they would share in their father's ability to shape shift, his ability to draw power from the humans in his thrall and cause all but the strongest willed among them to lose all touch with reality and all sanity. What they don't realize is that they've induced this madness before when their emotions run hot, but they aren't aware of this simple truth.

Riz is brilliant, his unknown heritage giving him the ability to digest information and concepts at a supernatural rate. Fareeha just thinks he's a giant nerd who never leaves the library though. He is the responsible one of the duo, feeling that he needs to take care of his sister due to her antics. Riz is currently working on his second doctorate degree.

Appearance: Alcea stands about 5'6 tall and has white shoulder length hair. Her favorite outfit is a dark blue pea coat with a white button-up dress shirt underneath, and black skinny jeans. Always wears a moonstone necklace.

Skills: Her most notable ability is her ability to talk to animals, to some extent. She is proficient with a knife, carrying around a medium-sized silver one in her coat. Decent at sneaking around.

Abilities: Alcea is skilled in magic. She uses the moonstone on her necklace as a way of utilizing her innate magical abilities. When using her powers, the gem glows an eerie blue, and she can fire beams of the same color towards enemies. This isn't the extent of her generally light-based magic -- for instance, she can cloak herself in a veil of light, vanishing and reappearing somewhere nearby. Her abilities also grow much stronger in the presence of moonlight.

Other: Daughter of Diana. Tends to be shy and a bit gloomy. Enjoys walking around wooded areas and the like, and despite her mother being a hunting goddess, she loves animals and would never hurt them. Has a strange affinity for orange soda.
