Wren noticed Nicolette's lack of balance, pulling out a cushy chair for Nicolette to sit on. "Yeah, no kidding," she responded to Kei's comment.

She yelled back into the living room. "A guest! Keep playing Mercy, worry about your team!"

Then she looked back to the bloody girl. "Let's start with your name," she said.

Don heard Wren's yell, he was still worried about wanting to see what was going on, but he knew that if he messed up he'd have hell to pay so he turned back towards the screen, hoping things would turn out well.

"I somehow feel he's not afraid of that," Ken laughed, noticing a woman wearing a dark suit standing among the crowd of escorts, she was holding a sing with Ken's name written in Japanese. "Oh, there she is," Ken pointed towards her before walking over.

"You must be master Ken and his...pousy?" the woman asked hesitantly as she looked at

"Sorry for my appearance," Nicolette muttered, holding her head. She slowly sat down in the chair. "This is an awful way to enter someone's home."

"Well, you're here for a reason," Wren said, sitting down in a chair across from her. "What's your name?"

"Ogenki desuka.... Oh, sorry.. How are you feeling?" Kei tried, unraveling some gauze from the kit, her one-eyed gaze questioning.

Raku silently evaluated the woman with an unreadable expression.

"I don't think that word is right," Ken pointed out uneasily to the woman, who simply shook her head.

"Regardless, it is nice to have you here," she replied with a bow. "I am Kara and I will be in charge of taking you to the Tsurugi residence," she replied, her tone sounding so monotone it almost seemed a little bored as she turned around and motioned for the others to follow.

"Oh...okay," Ken nodded his head, feeling his uneasiness about seeing his extended family pop up again.

Jett was still half-awake at best, having taken a nap on the flight over. Ironically, it seemed like jet lag was already hitting him pretty hard, so his usual cockiness was nowhere to be found as he followed.

"Nicolette Flynn. Alright," Wren said. "What happened to you?"

Kei wordlessly tended to the wound on Nicolette's head, mumbling something unintelligible under her breath. It sounded like a mix of Latin, Japanese, and French.

Nicolette frowned. Her head was pounding. "I... was fighting some monsters," she explained. "Large, horrifying creatures. I was able to fight them off," she mused. "Though I..." she groaned, resisting the temptation to rub where Kei was working. "Got a nasty hit on my head."

"Yup," she replied with a slightly reminiscent look on her face, smiling a little. "Home sweet home for me.. Though I don't have any relatives here, I stayed with a friend after...well, you know."

She chuckled, shaking her head. "She moved up to Sapporo last month. Busy with school, I imagine."

Once they had gotten into the limousine, Amber had fallen right back asleep again, leaning on the window. She was just really tired.

"I doubt it," Rose replied, "We will probably go straight to the Island from here unless Xavier has any other plans."

"Okay, so dinner it is," Rose smiled, "Then we can talk about you getting the courage to tell Amber how you feel." she was enjoying teasing him about this, but she really wanted him to finally do it.
