Good morning everyone,

The Pokemon Scarlet and Violet staff would like to make an addendum to the forum-wide spoiler rule. Until January 1st, 2023, please do not put anything that could be considered a spoiler in thread titles when creating new threads.

In this context, a spoiler is considered to be anything that was not revealed in any of the official pre-release material. That includes anything not revealed in trailers, or additional details on the website, including character names, unrevealed Pokemon, and plot points.

Discussion of spoilers can still occur within threads, as long as the thread has [SPOILERS] at the front of your thread title. Once again, we are only restricting mention of potential spoilers in thread titles.

Please post below if you have any questions or would like any clarifications about this rule. Failure to follow this rule going forward will result in Disruptive Post warnings and infractions.

Thanks,

The Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Forum Staff
