Florian Schneider, one of the founding members of German electronic music group Kraftwerk has died from cancer (Vale Kraftwerk's Florian Schneider one of the fathers of electronic dance). I can't stress the importance of Kraftwerk on music, especially in the 1980s, as Kraftwerk has a massive influence on a lot of music in the 1980s like synthpop (and its 2010s counterpart synthwave, which is becoming very big now like FM Attack, Syrian and Lost Years, whose music you can find on YouTube) and even hip hop. I remember hearing the uncut version of Autobahn on 3RRR here in Melbourne (3RRR is a community radio station) heading home from a public lecture in Jolimont, and it started on the train at Melbourne Central and finished when said train was at Albion almost 23 minutes later. There is a song called The Model, which is good, but I prefer the original German version Das Model.

A couple wrestling ones...

- Shad Gaspard was swimming with his son in Venice Beach on May 17th when he was caught in a riptide. He told lifeguards to save his son, which they did, before being pulled under by another wave. His body was later discovered washed ashore by a jogger.

- STARDOM wrestler Hana Kimura committed suicide on May 23rd. She was only 22 years old, and was receiving over 100 harassing messages from "fans" and critics daily. Very messed up stuff, and proof IMO that social media is toxic.
