Inserts Rayquaza. Delta Stream removes rain, Primal Kyogre suffers a sudden heart attack due to the Peltier Generator going through insane amounts of thermal change. His effects now cease to work. Rayquaza teams with the GigaDragon and they achieve world domination.
I also move the peltier generator between Groudon and Kyorge which produces so much power that...I don't know, really.
