Her abilities are strengthened in the night.

...Except since Excadrill and Reshiram are in the cupboard, this item's effect won't activate until they have been removed.

Nano Shinonome and Knight Man are robots whereas Mima is a ghost, and as such, technically dead. Also, while the Grolgoth is also a robot, it's not sentient unlike Nano and Knight Man.
