Inconsistencies in the Date of 'The Electric Tale of Pikachu'

I'm unsure of how to message a staff member or to do too much in that aspect, however, I noticed that there were inconsistencies pertaining the date of the manga The Electric Tale of Pikachu. In the 'History of Pokemon' page, it states it was first published in 1997 (October), however on the actual page for the manga it says that it ran from November 1998 through to February 2000. I believe that the correct answer was October 1997, however, I'm sure you hold more knowledge than me and will be able to quickly edit this so that it's correct on both pages.
