Iono & Bellibolt debut in Pokémon Masters EX in a Poké Fair Scout alongside The Electrifying Influencer Story Event, plus #IonoStream Sweepstakes

As previewed in the special trailer posted earlier this week, Iono & Bellibolt are making their Pokémon Masters EX debut today in a new Poké Fair Scout. Alongside this scout, Iono will be taking center stage in the brand new The Electrifying Influencer Story Event and Time We Got Down to It! Special Event launching in-game today. An #IonoStream Sweepstakes is also now running on the game's official X account.

Story Event: The Electrifying Influencer
This new story event, which continues the story from the recent 'Ello, 'Ello, Hola! Log-In Bonus, follows Iono as she begins streaming on Pasio with the full support of Lear. This event is available in-game now, and will continue until January 31st, at 9:59pm (PST).

By completing battles during this event, players can earn Event Voucher C items, which can be exchanged for a variety of valuable items, including a 5★ Power-Ups, 5★ Scout Tickets, a Strike Move Candy Coin, a Special Skill Feather 9, Skill Items, and custom Sync Orbs for Iono & Bellibolt, who make their debut today alongside this event. Players can also take on event missions to earn Event Medals, as well as additional Gems, Battle Points, and other rewards.

As usual for events of this type, players will have an increased chance of receiving bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. The applicable Sync Pairs and reward rates are as follows:

• Iono & Bellibolt: +60% (x1.6) bonus rewards
• Ball Guy & Amoonguss, Raihan & Duraludon, Sygna Suit Elesa & Rotom, Lisia & Altaria: +40% (x1.4) bonus rewards
• All other Electric-type sync pairs: +20% (x1.2) bonus rewards
• All other sync pairs with the Ninja Family, Researcher, or Cook theme skills: +20% (x1.2) bonus rewards

These bonuses stack additively, so having a team consisting of Iono & Bellibolt, Ball Guy & Amoonguss, and Raihan & Duraludon would grant a combined +140% (x2.4) rewards.

Players should also note the following when playing this event:

• The number of plays available for Daily Extreme Battle 1 are reset every day at 10:00pm (PST).
• To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
• The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
• All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
• Leftover Event Voucher C items will be automatically converted to coins at a rate of 10 coins per item at the end of the event, and sent to players' Present Boxes

#IonoStream Sweepstakes
Alongside this event, the official @PokemonMasters account on X is running a special sweepstakes, open to legal residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec), with a wide variety of Pokémon prizes up for grabs.

To enter, players need to follow the @PokemonMasters account on X, then post a screenshot of The Electrifying Influencer Story Event on X with the hashtag #IonoStream.

A maximum of 21 prizes will be awarded, with the exact number depending on total number of times all players have completed any of the story areas of Story Event: The Electrifying Influencer in-game. All prizes are expected to be delivered starting in May 2024. The prizes for this sweepstakes are as follows.

In this special event being held in conjunction with the arrival of Iono, Trainers will work together to complete completing co-op battles and special missions. Special rewards will be given to all players based on the collective number of Whosawhatsit Stickers collected by all players by the event's conclusion on January 19th, at 9:59pm (PST):

Players wanting to participate in this event should note the following:

• To participate and attempt missions, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) and Main Story Interlude 1: Let the Tournament Begin! in single-player. This interlude can be completed after players complete Main Story: Chapter 10 in single-player.
• The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those which can actually be obtained by players.
• Players cannot take on this event area with 3 teams comprised of only their own Sync Pairs.
• All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.

Iono Poké Fair Scout
Iono & Bellibolt make their Pokémon Masters debut in this limited-time Poké Fair Scout alongside the launch of The Electrifying Influencer. This scout is available in-game now, and will run through to January 31st at 9:59pm (PST). As normal for Poké Fair Scouts, 5★ sync pairs have a 10% chance of appearing in this scout. This Poké Fair Scout also includes a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for x100 paid gems. This daily discount can be used 1 time per day during the entire length of the scout.

This fair-exclusive Electric-type Support role Sync Pair are being released with an expanded sync grid, the ability to be raised to 6★ EX, and the ability to unlock a Strike (Special) EX Role when raised to 6★ EX. Raising the pair to 6★ EX also unlocks a new outfit for Iono with a Black and Green jacket based on Bellibolt.
