Azurill's gender ratio is different from Marill's, so yes, there is a chance that an Azurill's gender will change when it evolves.
 
Yes I thought so, I only asked because this happened to me when I played Emerald.
 
Uh...if it happened to you then it should be obvious that it's possible, haha.
 
Well, it is indeed possible for a female Azurill can evolve into a male Marill because of the different gender ratios they have.
