azelf.png

Azelf @ Damp Rock
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 6 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Rain Dance
- Stealth Rock
- Explosion
- Thunder
OK, so here goes. Azelf sets up Rocks and Rain Dances, using Thunder over Fire Blast, then Explodes to end it.
ludicolo.png

Ludicolo (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 6 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Rain Dance
Standard Ludicolo. Rain Dance because he will probably be out there for more than 8 turns.
kabutops.png

Kabutops (M) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 200 HP/252 Atk/56 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rain Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
Another standard set. I have Damp Rock because he is supposed to set up lasting rain. He can OHKO Celebi with X-Scissor, and Stone Edge is for other water types and flyers.
zapdos.png

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Thunder
- Agility
- Detect
- Baton Pass
One of 2 members of the team without Rain Dance. Thunder for damage, and Agility+Baton Pass to make the next member benefit without swift swim.
gyarados.png

Gyarados (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Rain Dance
- Waterfall
- Thunder
- Earthquake
Gyara doesn't have swift swim, but once 3 Agilities are BPd over from Zapdos, he's fast enough.

Magikarp (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Flail
- Splash
- Tackle
- Bounce
Magikarp, with Swift Swim and Choice Band, can OHKO pretty much anything in OU that isn't a lead(Gengar, Bronzong, Skarmory, Aerodactyl.)

Ok, number one, that Magikarp isn't holding CB, it's holding Focus Sash. Number two, even with CB it can only hit 195 attack. That won't do much, even with 200 power flails. Get some attack boosting moves on something else and pass them. Even then, and even if you also use CB instead of Focus Sash for some god-knows-why reason, you can only hit 780 attack (is it bad that I knew that already without having to calculate it?).

Also, as long as you want to get down to 1 HP for sure because of Flail, set your defensive and HP IVs to zero, give it a lonely nature, and ignore those last 6 EVs instead of putting them into HP. Just to be as safe as possible. Stealth Rock still screws this guy, though.

If you make this work, I will be sooooo happy.

Obviously Magikarp is a crazy joke thing. I'm not going to worry about that.

There's not much bulk on this team, so I suggest making Gyarados and Ludicolo bulky (I'm assuming Zapdos can't be altered because it's hard enough getting a good one as it is). Take Rain Dance off of Gyarados and put Taunt on it, and unless Thunder does a good amount of damage to Skarmory, take that off as well and replace it with either Stone Edge or Dragon Dance (so it isn't relying on Zapdos to make it fast). As for Ludicolo, a really annoying set would be Substitute/Leech Seed/Surf-Hydro Pump/Grass Knot @ Leftovers, with Rain Dish as its ability. This way, you get recovery from Leech Seed, Leftovers, and Rain Dish every turn, and you hit hard with 2 good STAB attacks. You could always give Zapdos Rain Dance in place of Detect, since all Detect is doing is stalling. Detect/Toxic/Roost/Thunder would be good, because this would make it a Toxicstaller + Pressure staller. If you want to keep Baton Pass on it, a really good set would be Substitute/Agility/Thunder/Baton Pass @ Starf Berry. This way, you can Substitute down to activate the Starf Berry, getting in an Agility when possible, and you also have a chance of passing a Substitute. Then, depending on the boost, you can pass accordingly. If it's Attack, pass to Gyarados or Kabutops (or... Magikarp X_X). If it's Defense, pass to Gyarados (With the bulky set and Intimidate, this will give it a lot of bulk on the physical defensive side) or Ludicolo (Since its SpD is already good, boosting its Defense would be great too). If it's Sp Attack, pass to Ludicolo, Azelf (if it's still alive), or just stay in with Zapdos and zap stuff. If it's Sp Defense, pass to Ludicolo (boosting its already good SpD) or Gyarados (again, bulky set, with a +2 SpD boost and a pseudo- +1 defense boost). If it's Speed, pretty much anything will do. With Agility, whatever you pass to is going to be really fast.
