Azelf @ Damp Rock

OK, so here goes. Azelf sets up Rocks and Rain Dances, using Thunder over Fire Blast, then Explodes to end it.
Ludicolo (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 6 Def/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Rain Dance
Standard Ludicolo. Rain Dance because he will probably be out there for more than 8 turns.
Kabutops (M) @ Damp Rock
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 200 HP/252 Atk/56 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Rain Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- X-Scissor
Another standard set. I have Damp Rock because he is supposed to set up lasting rain. He can OHKO Celebi with X-Scissor, and Stone Edge is for other water types and flyers.
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Thunder
- Agility
- Detect
- Baton Pass
One of 2 members of the team without Rain Dance. Thunder for damage, and Agility+Baton Pass to make the next member benefit without swift swim.
Gyarados (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Rain Dance
- Waterfall
- Thunder
- Earthquake
Gyara doesn't have swift swim, but once 3 Agilities are BPd over from Zapdos, he's fast enough.
Magikarp (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Flail
- Splash
- Tackle
- Bounce
Magikarp, with Swift Swim and Choice Band, can OHKO pretty much anything in OU that isn't a lead(Gengar, Bronzong, Skarmory, Aerodactyl.)
