A lot of Necrozma's gameplay traits in general don't really mesh well with Lunala at all (particularly the movepool and its ability). Besides that, the only reason one would consider using DW-Necrozma as a base for Ultra Necrozma over DM-Necrozma is the effectiveness of Moongeist Beam, and that's basically it.
