My iTunes won't acknowledge the fact that my iPod is plugged in. When I connect it to the computer, the iPod says that it is Connected but the computer does not allow me to sync or even have a list of devices with my iPod as one of them.

How can I fix this??

Use iTunes and try and diagnose the problem.

iTunes > Help > Run Diagnostics.

Then follow the prompts. Should help.

You could also try restarting your computer. I remember when I first got my iPod, iTunes wouldn't sync sometimes, so I'd have to restart the computer. That was the older versions though, and I was using XP, so that might be why.
