hold on WHAT DO YOU GUYS MEAN DARK MATTER WAS IN THIS EPISODE HELLO.. i don't feel like watching journeys so i doubt i'll make an exception for this ep (although i know there'll be an upcoming ep focusing on sophocles, so i think i WILL watch that one atleast) but i need to see dark matter in the pokeani hello... funny thing is i just started kirby 64 the other day too

There's a Solar Storm that causes thousands of Magnemites to gather, and instead of 3 Magnemites connecting to each other and evolving into Magneton, all Magnemites connect into a giant Magnemass and are about to evolve so Ash attacks them and they grow a giant Dark Matter-Humonculous Eye and they also act kind of gooey like Venom... Overall the whole ordeal definitely resembles Dark Matter and it might even be an intentional reference, but the scene with the giant eye only lasts like 2 seconds.

Gooey is more like a stress ball, he isn't really gooey

This is basically Renji version of that Kikuna episode, but compared to that episode, it failed to make him more relatable or show intimate sides of his life.
