Preview JN094: The Heracros Loss and the Kailios in Love

I don't mind Heracross and Pinsir being used here. I mean this seems to be an early Valentines Day themed episode and if they're going to do that, then I don't think they've got any options for Ash's Pokemon or even Goh's Starters
And they've already used Kikuna and Chloe for this last year lol

Which actually brings me to this question:

If you guys had to come up with a Valentines Day themed episode involving the Main characters or the Main Cast Pokemon what kind of story would you come up with?
(Yes that means you can have free reign to include any possible Shipping outcome.)

Episode: 94: "For the Love of Lopunny!"

One day Ash and Goh and Dawn and Chloe are exploring Sinnoh and checking out Contests

All of the Trainer decide to send out their Pokemon to have some fun and relax

Lucario and Cinderace are sparing

Dragonite, Dracovish, Togekiss, Quilava, and Mamoswine are having a Picnic

Piplup, Pikachu, Buneary, Pachirisu, Grookey and Eevee are playing with a random volleyball they found

Sirfetch'd and Inteleon are having a conversation about their non existent screentime

Buneary gets so overtly excited that she accidentally trips and uses Dizzy Punch when she spikes the Volleyball she starts to glow a blue color

Bam! Gone with Buneary and replaced with a Beautiful, Sexy Lopunny, with long Gorgeous ears

Lopunny stands up as the other Pokémon check to see if she's okay

Seeing what she has become, Lopunny decides to use her newfound looks to gain the attention of her Pikachu Senpai....




....Only problem is, She is not only has her looks failed to captivate the Electric Rodent but she is NOW on the receiving end of a bunch of unwanted attention from Lucario, Cinderace, Inteleon and Sirfetch’d

You know I'm starved of Pokemon interactions when I'm actually excited to see Goh’s Lab Pokemon get into, what is almost certainly a big misunderstanding.

At least Goh's Lab Pokémon are entertaining whenever we actually get to see them.

If I'm lucky I might even be able to spot a glimpse of Cinderace and/or Inteleon somewhere in the background of the Laboratory

A Dredear has just arrived in Sakuragi Park, and Heracross has become attracted to it. Kailios gets saddened at the sight of this, since it's in love with Heracros. The depressed Kailios starts thinking that things might've been different if it had a pretty flower too, so Satoshi and Go decide to take it along as they accompany Koharu to a "Pokémon flower arrangement class" held by Tamamushi City's Gym Leader Erika in order to cheer it up. Will Kailios manage to win Heracros' attention?

The only thing I'm interested in this episode is Erica's return since she was always my favorite Kanto gym leader in the games. Not in the anime though. She sucked in the og anime and I still hope they retcon her personality for Journeys. Other than best Kanto gym leader returning, this looks to be another Meh episode.

Yeah I kinda figure her personality will be more closer to her game incarnation now than what she was like in the OS. She'll probably be more quiet and elegant.

Since this is the episode that Erika returns in, I wonder if there’ll be any mention of how Ash dressed as a girl to sneak into her gym back in the OS.

This just sounds like the Drake reunion, except it’s a filler. I’m not writing this episode off, it could be funny, I’m just really doubting Erika will contribute to anything that will make the episode better. Even if they mention the “Ash being a woman”, it’s probably going to be brief and not connect to anything, aside from a confused Goh.
