Whoever cut the left person's hair needs to get arrested. Those two trainers from the Sea Mauville episode are returning in this one
Gotta wonder why they waited until literally the last 2 Project Mew missions to give Go these rivals.

Just shows you that they shouldn't have waited as long as they did to introduce Project Mew and should have focused on Goh's progression through it solely rather than all those pointless captures.Gotta wonder why they waited until literally the last 2 Project Mew missions to give Go these rivals.
They probably didn't even think of Project Mew until they realized "Oh shit, we can't actually have Goh catch to every Pokemon"Just shows you that they shouldn't have waited as long as they did to introduce Project Mew and should have focused on Goh's progression through it solely rather than all those pointless captures.
You might be right about that. They probably didn't even think of Project Mew until they realized "Oh shit, we can't actually have Goh catch to every Pokemon"
It’s especially unfortunate since it could have supplied Go with some actual antagonistic rivals that would push him and potentially get you to root for him to succeed against them. It would have been much more interesting than what we got for most of the series with him.Just shows you that they shouldn't have waited as long as they did to introduce Project Mew and should have focused on Goh's progression through it solely rather than all those pointless captures.
That'd be episode three of PM19, then, where Go ignores several easy capturesThey probably didn't even think of Project Mew until they realized "Oh shit, we can't actually have Goh catch to every Pokemon"
Is that not what Gary is doing? It’s especially unfortunate since it could have supplied Go with some actual antagonistic rivals that would push him and potentially get you to root for him to succeed against them. With Gary it’s more so he acts that way as a means of pushing Go out of his comfort zone so that’s more of a false antagonistic relationship. Is that not what Gary is doing?
Also it honestly bothers me that this expedition is offering trainers the opportunity to meet new. You know the ancestor of all Pokemon. The pokemon that many people have searched for and have never encountered. Yet all we get in this project are background and irrelevant trainers, and a professor we never heard of. You'd think that researching and meet mew if all Pokemon would involve other notable professors and trainers. Like oak and Cynthia (who studies relics or something). Are they not interested?
But all we have is Gary and the two urshifu trainers who are barely developed. Honestly this is why even though the premise of PM sounds big, jt just doesn't feel as impactful as it should be. This is mew were talking about. Could you imagine if M8 was filled with irrelevant nobody trainers?
More like convenience. It's probably to stop other trainers from trying to catch it.What? It's not like anything came of it
Heck, to his credit, Goh tried to release Suicune, but Suicune decided to stay captured because contrivance. Even then it's barely even around anyway.
Even though no poacher or hunter uses poke balls to catch pokemon, so catching it does literally nothingMore like convenience. It's probably to stop other trainers from trying to catch it.
I wonder why poachers don't just use PokeBall and then sell them. Instead of just wasting time and money on those nets and cages (which the pokemon should be able to break out of anyways)Even though no poacher or hunter uses poke balls to catch pokemon, so catching it does literally nothing
Yeah. Also I think Goh will use 3 Pokemon against Regieleki. Cinderace, Grookey, and IDK Who else.Anyone find it weird that PM doesn't really have any notable trainers
And also it more than likely goh will catch him. It's the last mission.
